    Cub  Rain Check Policy
    • We will offer our customers a rain check for any out of stock item.
    • If an ad item is not available, there may be a substitute available.
    • Rain Checks are stocked and issued at the Customer Service Counter only.
    • The customer is not required to, but may include their name and phone number on the rain check in order to allow the store to contact them when the item(s) is in stock.
    • Rain checks cannot be issued for advertised item(s) that are specified "While Supplies Last."
    • Any rain check issued within a division is honored at all stores within that division.

    What happens if my discount did not apply when I purchased my product at the store?


    If your discount was not applied properly, you may log in to your online account and utilize the "My Tools" tab at the top of page. Select "My eCoupons" and verify the offer detail in your Active eCoupon filter, or you can always look at your shopping list for details of the offer. Please make sure your digital eCoupon has not already been redeemed previously or possibly expired. If you are still experiencing concern as to why the offer did not provide a discount, please contact Customer Care at 1-855-282-3663 for Cub and 1-888-907-7467 for Shoppers
